Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To request a cancellation or return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund, and in most cases you will not need to return the faulty item.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
